Birds

Yes I love Hitchcock movies. This is shot 11 of March 2005 at Steveston Village, Richmond, B.C.
This village is really worth to visit. Nice small restaurants with seafood and giftshops ... Even when I am vegetarian I like it over there a lot.

Kitsilano Beach

Same beach, this time more abstract and minimal shot. The sky was heavily overcast and light was pretty amazing for this occasion.

Kitsilano Beach, Vancouver

Nice warm April evening on the beach. Vancouver is amazing city. You can never get bored. One day you can explore local mountains and another spend by the sea and there are thousands places to go.

Three Veterans

On the road from Banff to Jasper, Alberta, Canada....
My friends from Slovakia - Palo and Peter. They were great and this trip was one of the best ever.

Surfers @ Long Beach, Tofino, Canada

Great place to spend vacation. Even better if you can surf. June 9 a little chilly weather but still great atmosphere. High waves and long walk along the beach, open Pacific Ocean... I miss this place.

Farwell Canyon Sand Dune - 4th of June 2005

Top of the sand dune. I was looking almost 5 months to get there. I have to thank my friend Ondrej Tlach for taking this picture and driving me over there with his 4X4.

Farwell Canyon Sand Dune

June 3rd 2005 I started small expedition to Farwell Canyon - a remote place west of Williams Lake, B.C. We had to climb on the top of the canyon to be able to explore this unique sand dune, probably one of very few in Canada.

Harbor Tower in Vancouver

I live in Vancouver more than 4 years and still haven't been on the top of this tower. One day I will.

Church @ Victoria, B.C., Canada

Very nice small church. It reminds me atmosphere from Europe.

Infrared Rolling Hills

Infrared Kodak EIR slide film is changing colors of the light because it sees different spectre of the light than human eye. Most of the plants reflect infrared light invisible to our eyes but very well visible to this film. It is great tool to make abstract landscape.

Autumn vs Winter

On the road from Lillooet to Whistler I found unusual place where autumn colors were meeting with freshly snowed and evergreen trees.

Ashcroft Pano

This is a little unusual composition, but it really suits me for this shot. I just love "rolling hills" like landscape and curved rivers shapes.

The End Of The World

This is almost The end of the world, really quite west. At least very close to the "Old West" cowboy towns like Clinton and Ashcroft. This spot is located about 30km south of Ashcroft or Cache Creek on HWY No. 1.
